Can I/we use your image(s)/video(s) for our website/company?

Please contact us for inquiries and use the subject line "Media."

Can I get a copy of the sports show(s)/game(s) you posted?

Unfortunately, we are not inclined to fulfill any requests to provide full copies of the videos we've posted. What has been posted is what we've been obligated to share, without upsetting the leagues and the networks over any copyright issues.

Will you post entire games/shows by the time you're granted full permission by the league(s)/network(s)?

Currently, as this is written and answered on September 19, 2021, we have not provided nor sent a written consent to sports leagues and sports networks about the sharing and re-broadcasting of full sports shows and complete games. We cannot be sure that such permission will be fully granted, however, if so, we're unsure what legal rights will be granted and provided along with it. In other words, it's up to the leagues, networks and sports production companies on what we're able to share and provide, along with our general written articles of discussions and reviews.

Can I/we send you an item for review?

Yes, we are currently accepting items for review, under the various sections featured on our website. Before sending the item(s) to us, please read our review information, then use our contact form. This availability will change at any time without notice (check back on this page occasionally).

Do you sell any of the sports items you have reviewed?

Unfortunately, we do not sell any item(s) we have posted for review at the moment. We are currently setting plans to open our own, exclusive online store, but for now, we don't have any reviewed items listed for sale.

Are you open for any collaborations/interviews?

Any media-related collaborations for publications of various sorts, please use the subject line "Media" and contact us.

Disclaimer

Any content posted and shared on this website has been provided for purposes of entertainment, information and reference within the sports world. While we are aware of the "hacks" taking place with shared content online, you, the fan/viewer/reader must completely comply within the rules: Providing credit when due. Any wrongful description of our operations in sharing such content will not be tolerated, thus affecting our ability to run this website. We are fully in respect with property laws, and also in compliance with what we're able to share and how much of it. The recordings themselves are credited to the uploader/creator, unless otherwise noted. Sources that cannot be found are either taken from our own sources, or sources that have been dated and are unable to find the original uploader. The following is a quick guide:

OOPR (Our Own Personal Recordings)
Sources, be it screenshots and/or video clips, if not shared elsewhere online, are fully taken from our own personal recordings. This means that our out-of-pocket payments for cable and streaming subscriptions, clips and images from the said show(s)/game(s) have been taken directly from DVR. Although these personal recordings are kept for private viewing and for our personal collection, we are in compliance with copyright laws and in respects with proper distribution via Fair Use and/or providing credits when needed. (We hope to discuss with both leagues and sports networks on how to go about doing this confidently without upsetting any parties and/or production companies whatsoever.)

Unknown/????
Certain sources, which are not from our personal recordings nor from the leagues/networks themselves, will be accredited with Unknown or ????. This means the source shared was dated and cannot find, nor re-link, toward the original provider which most often is a third-party sharer (i.e. a YouTube account, prior to termination). Credits with this name/label is not done to protect and conceal the uploader's identity from potential threats or lawsuits, but are said so because we completely and honestly do not know, nor remember, the third-party source who has shared such content before the image/video was taken down for copyright.

Rules and policies continue to get strict as sports are gradually heading toward [online] streaming, so while we're providing and talking about what we enjoy, you, the fan(s), must understand and respect any policies we've agreed to be compliant with, among both the leagues and networks, and sharing what we've recorded, and sources we've found, in moderation, without affecting our operations here on KCU Sports.

Any questions, comments or concerns of any sort not mentioned here, email us through our contact page.
